The Time Warner Center is recognized to be twin skyscrapers which are designed by Owings & Merrill and David Childs of Skidmore, the two most popular architects. The construction of the building was completed in the year of 2004. It is considered to be the cornerstone of the rebuilding of Columbus Circle. The building comprises of dual 80 storeyed towers of 750 ft along with the bridge, similar to the atrium amidst them. The headquarters for CNN and Time Warner are situated here and expensive retail stores are present at the base. Leading restaurants such as Bar Masa and Per Se is present on the 4th Floor. The Whole Foods Market grocery store is present in the basement. The building features a theater which has the capacity of accommodating 1200 people and conducts Jazz.
